It’s casual food, done well. A lot of BBQ — cooked outside on barbecues and offset smokers — plus Sunday lunches, charcuterie, and some straightforward French dishes during the busy summer months. Nothing fine-dining, no fuss.

8-month seasonal role
20 February – 20 October
€30,000 per year, pro rata
Accommodation provided for the full contract
Based in sunny wine country, southwest France
European passport required (no visa available)
The restaurant sits on a holiday park, so you’ll need to be happy mucking in and helping out with other bits when things are quieter. Summer gets busy, spring and autumn are more relaxed.
We’re after someone practical, organised, and comfortable working on their own, especially with BBQ and smoker cooking. Offset smoker experience is a big plus, but attitude matters more than flash CVs.
