Contract: 40 hours per week
Work pattern: 5 days over 7
Rota: 2-week rolling rota
4 days off every 14 days
Every other weekend off
Shift times:
Earliest start: 06:00
Latest finish: 20:00
Duties of the CDP
Prepare and cook meals to a high standard
Work across sections as required
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and allergen controls
Support smooth service delivery
Work closely with the wider kitchen team
What we are looking for
Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef
Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
Comfortable working structured rotas
