At present, my client are happy to consider candidates who are already established at MQS level, or individuals that are experienced SQS's looking to step up.
Your new company are an established regional Main Contractor, operating within New Build, Refurbishment / Fit Out, and Cladding / Facade.
My client are looking for a candidate with a good main contractor background and project experience that is relevant to the above. You will have overseen the commercial elements of individual or multiple simultaneous projects, valued up to £40M.
You will have support in the form of an existing commercial team, whilst reporting into a Commercial Director.
Relevant degree level qualifications are essential.
