Panel Wirer

Location: Newcastle

Hours: Monday – Thursday (8:00 am – 4:30 pm) and an early finish on Fridays (8:00 am – 1:00 pm).

Rate of Pay: £16 per hour DOE

Join a specialist team delivering high-quality electricity transmission assemblies. We are looking for a precision-focused Panel Wirers to handle everything from component fitting to final testing

What You Will Be Doing

* Complete the wiring of assemblies following schematic drawings and wiring diagrams for electricity transmission.

* Install all components according to the BOM, equipment lists, and general arrangements.

* Prepare, crimp, terminate, and loom wires (Tri-Rated 0.5mm to 6mm).

* Ensure all work meets customer specifications and quality standards in a timely manner.

What You Will Bring to the Team

* A completed apprenticeship in Panel Wiring

* The ability to read and interpret electrical engineering drawings and test documentation.

* Ability to spot drawing discrepancies or "bad practice" and report them to supervision.

* Experience with basic testing and fault-finding procedures.
