Newcastle upon Tyne area based - commutable from Gateshead, Sunderland, County Durham, North & South Tyneside and surrounding areas.
Your purpose:
1. Technical development and optimisation of power electronic products
2. Lead colleagues in Projects, Design, Test & Build. Including R&D & NPD
Responsibilities:
* Provide detailed input to the design
* Make recommendations for product design changes
* Create and maintain design verification plans for new products
* Analyse test data and create test reports
* Collaborate with multi discipline teams
* Review and define requirements for new products
Education & Experience
* Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic or similar disciplines
* Sound theoretical knowledge of power electronics
* People/Team/Project leadership examples and experience is important
