Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000 + profit share bonus
Benefits: negotiable car allowance & benefits packages
The role of the Area Sales Manager – Mortars, Plasters & Insulation Systems will involve:
* Area Sales Manager position selling a high quality manufactured range mortars, plasters and insulation systems
* All of your time will be spent selling to key builders merchants & stockist accounts, developers, social housing, landlords architects, specifiers and contractors with the likes of: Travis Perkins, MKM, Buildbase & Jewson
* All back sold through the distribution channels
* Target will be determined based on your experience
* Will conduct CPD seminars
The ideal applicant will be Area Sales Manager – Mortars, Plasters & Insulation Systems with:
* Must have sales experience in the construction industry
* Would consider someone working within a merchant
* Ideally from a insulation background however would consider other building products
* Ideally understand back selling through stockist & merchants such as: Travis Perkins, MKM & Jewson
* Would consider a contractors & specifier route to market
* Work as part of a close knit committed and dedicated team
