Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to join a dynamic team within the painting and decorating sector? We are seeking a commercially minded professional to manage projects across Bristol and the surrounding areas.
About the Role
As a Quantity Surveyor in our painting division, you will:
Oversee the financial and contractual aspects of painting projects.
Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and valuations.
Manage subcontractor relationships and negotiate contracts.
Monitor project progress to ensure profitability and compliance.
Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within painting, decorating, or related trades.
Strong understanding of cost control, budgeting, and contract management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
