Asia Pacific Travel Specialist Responsibilities:
Respond thoughtfully to high-end travel enquiries, delivering a polished and attentive service
Take time to understand each client’s lifestyle, preferences, and expectations through meaningful conversation
Design tailored luxury travel experiences and present clear, accurate quotations within agreed timelines
Guide clients seamlessly from initial enquiry through to confirmation using company systems
Deliver an exceptional, detail-focused service that reflects premium brand standards
Develop trusted relationships with luxury suppliers and on-the-ground partners to secure preferred rates and added value
Ensure pricing and bookings align with agreed commercial targets
Manage personal sales activity to achieve revenue and profitability goals
Share expert destination and product knowledge to support marketing initiatives
Nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
Participate in familiarisation trips and provide insightful post-travel feedback
Asia Pacific Travel Specialist Experience Required:
Passion for Asia (from the Middle East, Central Asia and Far East) and the Pacific Region, backed up with extensive first-hand travel experience there
Experience selling Tailor-Made, High-End Travel
Creativity and imagination
Must be a meticulous planner and a perfectionist
Passion for providing exceptional service
Asia Pacific Travel Specialist Additional Information:
Industry-leading basic salary between 40K and 50K depending on experience level of candidate
