Senior Recruitment Consultant – Thame, Oxfordshire (Hybrid)
£35,000–£45,000 + company bonuses + performance bonuses

Twoscore Recruitment is a specialist search firm in the Health & Safety sector, supporting clients across the UK and internationally. We’re growing and looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who can take a lead role in shaping delivery, mentoring others, and helping build the next phase of our team.

About the Role

You’ll run a high-quality recruitment desk within a defined niche while contributing to the structure and capability of the wider team. This is a hands-on role with room to develop into a leadership position as we scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing full-cycle recruitment across specialist H&S roles

*

Leading delivery on key accounts and building long-term client partnerships

*

Developing and maintaining strong candidate pipelines within your niche

*

Sharing best practice and providing guidance to junior consultants

*

Helping shape processes, tools and workflows as the team expands

*

Supporting business development activity through insight and market knowledge

*

Providing a reliable, consistent standard of delivery across all assignments

What We’re Looking For

Proven recruitment experience with a track record of consistent delivery

Confidence managing senior-level conversations and client relationships

*

Strong organisational discipline and ownership of your workflow

Interest in developing others and contributing to team capability

*

Someone who values a professional, straightforward working environment

Experience in technical, H&S, engineering, or niche search markets is helpful but not essential
