As a Funding Officer, you'll use your judgement, people skills, and community knowledge to:
Assess funding applications and manage grants
Build strong, meaningful relationships with organisations
Provide guidance and feedback to applicants
Monitor funded projects and support their success
Capture learning to improve how we fund
Work independently and manage your workload with confidenceWhat We're Looking For
Experience working with communities or in the charity/voluntary sector
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confidence in reviewing financial and project information
Great time management and problem-solving abilities
A willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively
