As a Client Support Administrator, you’ll deliver first-class administrative and client support to Financial Planners and Paraplanners across the UK. Expect variety, responsibility, and the support you need to grow and succeed.
 
What You’ll Be Doing

Provide accurate, high-quality administrative support across all client and financial planning activities.
Prepare client documentation, reports, and correspondence to a consistently high standard.
Handle client queries and assist Financial Planners in delivering exceptional service.
Process applications and maintain accurate records in line with compliance requirements.
Manage workload effectively, prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth client outcomes.
Identify and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery. 
What We’re Looking For

A strong background in administration, ideally within financial or professional services.
A genuine passion for organisation, problem-solving, and delivering excellent service.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
A confident communicator who enjoys working with people at all levels.
Solid IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
A proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude.(No prior financial services experience is required — full training and support provided.)
