At the heart of that effort is our Retail Division. Our stores have been part of communities since 1947, raising funds each year and offering welcoming spaces where volunteers can share their skills, customers can shop sustainably, and everyone can connect with our cause.

Our Superstores are at the forefront of this growth - dynamic, creative, high-energy environments with a wide product range and even wider community reach. We're now looking for an exceptional Store Manager to lead one of these flagship stores.

The Role

You'll oversee the full operation of a large-format store, driving income, delivering excellent customer experiences, and leading a diverse team of paid staff and volunteers. You'll create an inclusive culture, bring our brand to life, and ensure every visitor feels connected to Oxfam's mission to end poverty.

What You'll Do

Lead, support, and motivate a high-performing team
Recruit and develop volunteers to maximise opening hours
Drive sales, Gift Aid and commercial performance
Manage stock flow, merchandising and store standards
Use data to guide decisions and deliver continuous improvement
Build strong links with the community and partners
Champion Oxfam's values and ensure a safe, inclusive environmentWhat You'll Bring
