Key Requirements:
* 5 years + in similar role (Office Manager/ Senior Administration/ PA)
* Educated to A-level or equivalent
* Degree or NVQ desirable
Technical skills and experience:
* Computer literate in all Microsoft Office 365
* Experience of managing and maintaining database systems
* Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to write clear, concise minutes and reports
* Experience of working within a small team and/or prioritising own workload
* Excellent time keeping, reliability, and personal organisation skills
* Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team
* Consistently positive attitude with the ability to create a strong first impression for office visitors
