Through robust governance, data-driven insight, and process control, you'll help ensure that every aspect of our delivery not only meets but exceeds expectations — enabling our teams to perform at their best and our clients to succeed.
The Role
As a Governance Analyst, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving recruitment governance frameworks and operational standards. You'll monitor process and contractual compliance, analyse data to identify risks or trends, and drive audit activity to ensure recruitment practices meet exceptional standards and regulatory requirements. Working closely with operations, delivery, and client services stakeholders, you'll help implement best practice, document policies and procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers a blend of analytical work, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on process management - all aimed at strengthening recruitment delivery through effective governance.
Who we're looking for
You're a detail-driven and methodical professional with experience in recruitment operations, compliance, or governance. You have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, data accuracy, and core recruitment legislation such as right-to-work, data protection, and diversity reporting.
Essential skills include:
* Analytical capability
* Attention to detail
* Confidence managing data, audits, and documentation.
Desirable experience includes:
* Working within RPO or in-house recruitment environments
* Supporting audit readiness
* Using recruitment technologies or ATS systems to monitor compliance and performance.
