We're now looking for someone who shares that innovative spirit - a Continuous Improvement Analyst who can help drive excellence in recruitment delivery by identifying opportunities for improvement, optimising processes, and enhancing efficiency through data, insight, and innovation. The Role
As a Continuous Improvement Analyst, you'll analyse performance & recruitment data, process flows, and feedback to identify opportunities that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment operations. You'll work closely with delivery teams, operations leaders, and clients to design, test, and implement improvements that enhance candidate experience, recruiter productivity, and overall service quality. From mapping current processes to automating workflows and embedding best practice, your work will ensure recruitment solutions evolve to meet changing business needs and deliver measurable impact. This role will also manage some small-scale projects that are focused on delivering exceptional service and value to the client.
Who we're looking for
You're a curious, analytical thinker with a passion for optimisation and operational excellence. You have experience in recruitment operations, business analysis, or process improvement, and are confident using data to influence decision-making.
Essential skills include:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
* Attention to detail
* Collaborative approach to driving change.
Desirable experience includes:
* Knowledge of Lean or other CI methodologies
* Experience with recruitment technologies or automation tools
* A track record of delivering measurable process enhancements within RPO or in-house recruitment environments.
