This role is office based, 5 days a week
This role is key to ensuring the smooth delivery of their repairs and maintenance service, providing vital administrative and technical support to the wider housing repairs function.
You’ll play an important role in scheduling repairs, managing information, and maintaining accurate records to support effective service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience within a housing or repairs environment, with a good understanding of the repairs process — including emergency, urgent, and routine works.
Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, as you’ll be liaising with tenants, contractors, and colleagues to ensure repairs are handled efficiently and professionally.
You’ll also need excellent IT skills, with experience using Excel and housing management systems for data input, document management, and reporting.
Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities are key, as you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate records and supporting the team in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service
