The role
As a head chef you will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen, you will ensure the various meals are ready for the required time, ensure the private meals for meetings are prepared on time and for the events are catered for well. This establishment does cater for a wide range of inhouse events as well, where they host professionals within the market they educate for, so they can input into the next generation. This role will include all the standard head chef duties
Experience
We are looking for a head chef from a fresh food kitchen background, you will have great food hygiene skills, be organised and enjoy a range of cooking styles. You will be able to put a bit of flair into the cookery. you will either be a sous chef ready to step up to head chef level or you will already be a head chef with some flair, able to move the food to the next level
