Job Description
We are currently seeking Order Pickers to join our busy production team on a temp-to-perm basis. This role involves working on the production line packing pork products into the correct boxes. You’ll be required to maintain a steady pace to meet production targets while handling products carefully to ensure quality standards are met.
This position offers long-term opportunities for reliable and hardworking candidates, with the potential to move into a permanent role after a successful temporary period.
Key Responsibilities

Pack and prepare pork products on the production line, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Maintain an efficient work pace while handling products carefully to avoid damage.

Follow all site Health & Safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.

Keep your workstation clean and organised throughout each shift.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production and quality goals.
Experience Required

Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred but not essential — full training provided
Contract Details

Temp to Perm opportunity — reviewed weekly and discussed each Friday to confirm ongoing work.
