Portsmouth | Full-time | £24,111.36 per annum
36 hours per week | Monday-Thursday, 06:30-16:00

About the Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key part in the smooth running of our production and dispatch processes. Your responsibilities will include:

Picking and locating materials and supplies listed on production orders
Loading and unloading pallets and cartons from vehicles
Ensuring compliance with packing, materials handling, safety, and equipment procedures
Labelling, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment
Working individually or as part of a team to meet daily targets
Rotating across different workstations as required
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
Carrying out additional duties as assigned

Skills & Experience Needed

Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret information accurately
Comfortable handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
Good time management skills
Knowledge of inventory control
Ability to lift heavy materials
Basic computer literacy
Forklift experience is desirable (training can be provided)

What We Offer

£24,111.36 per annum
36-hour working week (Monday-Thursday, 06:30-16:00)
180 hours annual leave (including up to 27 hours reserved for Christmas shutdown)
30-minute unpaid lunch break
Full training and support provided

Applicants must:

Be eligible to live and work in the UK and provide valid proof of right to work
Undergo a satisfactory CRB/Police Check as part of the recruitment process
