Job Title: Band 5/6 Occupational Therapists

Location: Birmingham

Assessment, treatment planning, implementation and discharge planning / facilitation for general hospital patients –

Maintain flow.

Routine Acute Hospital work

Will consider Band 5 dep upon experience

Mainly HCOP & General Med but may include admission avoidance, T&O, Stroke and Rehab

* Qualified Occupational Therapist
