Summary of the Role
Responsible for supporting all people activity in the business, working closely and partnering with leaders from across all areas to develop a people plan for both reactive and proactive people activity.
You will then work closely with specialists within the wider People / HR team to ensure any actions or activities are managed effectively. This will involve working with Recruitment, Learning & Development (L&D), Internal Comms and Payroll & Reward, ensuring a future sight of any key requirements.
You will also manage any case work which is varied in topic and complexity, supporting and coaching leaders through this, and acting as a trusted advisor to the team.
Due to the nature of this role, you will need to be in the office most days. However, once you have settled in / after your probation period you will be able to work 1 or 2 days a week from home.

General Duties & Key Accountabilities
* Responsible for all day-to-day people queries
* Carrying out for coaching, advising and supporting Leaders through a range of employee relations matters including LTS, Absence and Performance matters.
* Responsible for supporting all employee engagement tasks
* Working alongside the specialists within the People Team to create an action based People Plan for resort encompassing areas in ER, Recruitment, L&D and Internal Communications etc.
* Maintain all business organisation charts
* Run and monitor exit interviews, examine trends and implement actions to improve
* Maintain all e-files
* Issue any changes to contract terms alongside the payroll team
* Work alongside ER specialists/ lawyers to manage any more complex case work when needed
Key Knowledge, Experience & Qualification Requirements
* Previous demonstratable experience in a People/ HR role
* Good Employee Relations (ER) and employment law knowledge
* Demonstratable experience of coaching leaders to take account
* A good understanding and awareness of the employment rights bill
* Communicate effectively at all levels
Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements
