My Client is looking for a Experienced Catering Butcher required for a well-established busy catering butchers in Sussex with a large turnover. An excellent package will be offered to the ideal candidate who must be able to fulfil at least the below criteria.

Work on their own initiative
Good team player.
A high level of presentation on all levels both business and personal.
Have experience, minimum 2 years of catering or retail butchery, including competent knife skills.
Good communication skills and a full understanding of the English language and butchery terms.
Previous experience of working in a busy, fast paced team environment.
Understanding food standards and having a food hygiene certificate, level 2.
Always aiming to achieve high standards of butchery.
Have a knowledge of and able to adhere to all Health & Safety regulations.
Good time management skills.
Ensure that good cleanliness and hygiene are always maintained.Hours 5AM - 3 pm 5 days a week includes Saturdays with a day off in the week.

Salary from £35,000.00
