What's Involved?
Supporting the senior team in the smooth running of a unique fine dining restaurant
Maintaining high standards of health & safety, food safety awareness, and service compliance
Assisting with staff training, development, and rota management
Being responsible for a section in a high-end kitchen using fresh seasonal ingredientsWhat We're Looking For
Previous experience in a high-end fine dining environment
A personable, and confident chef who is knowledgeable on complex dishes
Passion for hospitality, food, and delivering memorable guest experiences
