My client is seeking a dynamic Paid Marketing Manager to join a small, creative, in-house team, working with men’s streetwear brands. You will have a creative eye, and take the lead on managing and enhancing marketing channels for a diverse portfolio of in-house and partner brands.
Paid Marketing Manager– Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage paid marketing channels across the business, including Meta, Google, and Klaviyo.
*
Collaborate with the marketing executive to align marketing concepts and direction for each brand and season.
*
Coordinate with internal and external team members to ensure the correct volume and style of content.
*
Set budgets with directors for each brand and season.
*
Develop marketing strategies for each collection.
*
Supervise the creation of ads, emails, and posts alongside the marketing executive.
*
Conduct seasonal monthly and weekly meetings with directors and the marketing team to plan and report on paid marketing channels.
*
Monitor and report on performance on a weekly basis to directors.
*
Actively manage paid ads in a hands-on manner.
