Main purpose of role:
To provide an efficient and effective administrative support for the department.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
General administrative duties
Audio and Copy typing
Data entry
Scanning, filing and archiving
Audio typing of medical reports
Key Skills and Requirements:
Relevant experience gained in a similar role
Excellent typing skills
Medical Terminology advantageous
High degree of computer literacy including familiarity with MS Office
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
Able to work flexibly and effectively under pressure
Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
