This is an exciting opportunity to support marketing operations, digital campaigns, stakeholder alignment, and event execution, all while ensuring consistent branding and measurable results across the business.
Looking for a Marketing Graduate with 1-2 years of experience to step into the role of Marketing Ops Executive-helping drive the execution of a high-impact marketing strategy.
What you'll be doing
Maintain brand consistency across digital and print assets
Support content creation, PR activities, and digital engagement tracking
Manage marketing operations, workflows, and drive process improvements
Serve as a key link between Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
Plan and execute events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences
Track performance using analytics (NPS, C-SAT, engagement metrics)
Ensure campaigns and sales materials are aligned with commercial goals
What we're looking for
1-2 years of experience in marketing (operations, campaigns, or events)
Strong project management skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders
Proficiency with CRM/CMS platforms, Power BI, Microsoft Office, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
A data-driven approach with a creative, customer-focused mindset
The ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and implement improvements
