We are seeking an experienced School Administrator to join our team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to play a key role in the smooth running of our school office.
Key Responsibilities
Provide efficient administrative support across the school.
Manage reception duties, including welcoming visitors and handling enquiries.
Oversee attendance and admissions processes.
Maintain accurate records and data using school MIS systems.
Support staff and leadership with day-to-day administrative tasks.Essential Requirements
Enhanced DBS clearance (must be current).
Proven experience in a similar role within a school environment.
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in school MIS systems such as SIMS, Bromcom, Arbour, or Integris.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure in a busy environment.Desirable
Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
