Your Role
1:1 and small-group support
Supporting pupils with ASD, SEMH, speech and language needs
Implementing EHCP and IEP targets
Encouraging engagement, independence, and confidence
Working closely with teachers and the SENCO
Requirements
Recent SEND experience (within last 2 years)
Calm, empathetic approach
UK school experience preferred
