The Role

C4 Care is a rapidly rising star in complex homecare and children’s care services, and we’re on the lookout for an experienced Mobilisation Project Manager to help bring some major new contract wins to life.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll lead the journey from contract award through to operational delivery. – Develop, coordinate and deliver mobilisation plans, ensuring all deliverables, KPIs, reporting requirements and timelines are met
– Work closely with operational, clinical, regulatory and compliance teams to ensure services are ready to commence safely and compliantly
– Facilitate mobilisation meetings, identify risks and issues, and drive timely escalation, resolution and mitigation
– Build and maintain strong working relationships with commissioners, partners and internal stakeholders
– Oversee recruitment, training needs analysis and onboarding activity required to support mobilisation delivery
– Support the development of service models, budgets and resourcing plans aligned to contract requirements
– Travel across C4 Care offices in the North West as required

What We’re Looking For

– A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a mobilisation, transition or project management role within the care sector
– A strong understanding of care service commissioning, contract mobilisation and regulatory requirements
– Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex project plans
– Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and reporting skills
– Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
– A proactive decision-maker with strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Why Join C4 Care?
