About the Role
As one of our Engineers, you’ll travel across Suffolk and Norfolk (and occasionally further afield), installing, servicing and maintaining air conditioning and refrigeration systems for a wide range of clients — from local independents to national names.
No two days are the same. One day you might be diagnosing a fault with office AC, the next, you’re maintaining a high-tech refrigeration system for a big-name retailer.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Installing, servicing, and maintaining a wide range of AC and refrigeration systems
* Being part of our on-call rota to provide 24/7 breakdown cover
* Supporting and mentoring junior engineers and trainees
* Using Joblogic to complete service reports and paperwork
* Providing top-tier service that reflects our commitment to quality
* Feeding back to management to help us keep improving
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in the AC & refrigeration industry
* City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
* City & Guilds 2079 Refrigerant Handling Certificate
* Solid Health & Safety knowledge
* A full, clean UK driving licence
* A flexible attitude and great communication skills
* A ‘can-do’ mindset and a passion for doing the job right
