The Role
As Finance Manager, you will take ownership of financial performance across the business:
Lead the preparation of management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making
Provide financial insight and analysis to business leaders, translating data into actionable recommendations
Manage and develop the finance team while ensuring robust controls, compliance, and efficient processes
Oversee month-end close, accruals, prepayments, and journals, maintaining accurate financial reporting
Work with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and reporting tools to streamline processes in a hybrid environment

We're Looking For
To succeed as Finance Manager, you'll bring:
Strong management accounting knowledge, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow management

Advanced Excel skills and financial modelling experience
Proficiency with ERP systems and accounting software
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills
Part-qualified or qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA), or equivalent experience
