Alongside the technical skills, excellent customer service and communication skills are essential, and you will be supporting users in person, over the phone, and via remote sessions. Experience working with a Service Desk / Service Management tool or ticketing system will be very very beneficial, as well as good documentation skills to manage escalations.
This role presents a great opportunity for a support technician looking to join a growing and professional environment, working as part of a larger centralised support team with the chance for further progression and development. The role will be predoinantly on site 4 days p/week, with 1 day p/week from home, and potential occasional travel to other sites in the South East
