This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Project Manager with a consultancy background to join a collaborative business delivering high-quality projects across a diverse client base.
The Role
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion, acting as the key client interface and ensuring successful delivery across cost, quality, programme and risk.
Key responsibilities will include:

Managing construction projects through all RIBA stages
*
Acting as Employer’s Agent and Contract Administrator where required
*
Leading project teams, consultants and contractors
*
Managing programme, cost, risk and change control
*
Chairing meetings and producing clear client reports
*
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*
Supporting business development and repeat work opportunities
About You
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
*
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager within a consultancy environment
*
Experience delivering projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, education, healthcare or public sector
*
Strong contractual knowledge (JCT experience essential)
*
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
*
A professional qualification or working towards (MRICS, MAPM, CIOB or similar)
*
A proactive, organised and client-focused approach
