A reputable University based in Central London, offering hybrid working. A 6 month FTC.
Description
Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
Support the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Manage employee relations cases, including grievances and disciplinary procedures.
Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of employee data and documentation.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Contribute to the organisation's workforce planning and talent management strategies.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure best practices are maintained across the Human Resources department.
Provide support for HR projects and organisational development initiatives.Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
A strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
Previous experience in a Human Resources role, ideally within the Education sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
Proficiency in using HR systems and software for data management and reporting.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.Job Offer
Competitive salary ranging from £34,610 to £36,636 GBP.
6 month Fixed-term contract
