Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Kirklees
Salary: £85–£95 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Temporary / Permanent
Location: Primary and Secondary Schools across Bradford

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join our partner schools in Bradford. This is an excellent opportunity to support children’s learning and development in a range of educational settings.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Provide classroom support under the guidance of the class teacher.

*

Deliver small group interventions and 1:1 support, including phonics, literacy, and numeracy.

*

Assist in preparing resources and setting up classroom activities.

*

Support pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and help implement individual education plans (IEPs).

*

Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being among pupils.

*

Contribute to a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.

Requirements:

*

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (CACHE, BTEC, NVQ, or equivalent).

*

Experience working in a school or educational setting (essential).

*

Knowledge of the National Curriculum and behaviour management strategies.

*

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

*

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
