Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Interviewing and placing candidates in education roles
Creating compelling candidate profiles
Supporting experienced sales consultants to grow their desks
Working towards weekly KPIs
Building long-term relationships with candidates and schools
Training & Career Development
After year one, you'll move into a dedicated Sales Desk with advanced training in:
Business development
Negotiation and margins
Safeguarding and compliance
Customer service and time management
