Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) Teaching Assistant - Wigan

The role is supporting learners in a SEMH Secondary school on a 1:1 or small group basis.

This inclusive school enables all learners to achieve high standards academically, socially and personally. Offering interventions such as: Reflexology, Bowen Therapy, Animal Assisted Therapy, Counselling and Nurture.

Working hours- Monday- Friday, 8:30am-15:30pm.

What we’re looking for:

* A recognised qualification in Teaching and Learning or Childcare or experience working with children in a formal setting e.g school, residential, sports coaching.

* An interest in supporting children with additional needs.

* A resilient, pro-active nature with a positive, can-do attitude.
