Role Details:
· Pay Rate: GBP14.88 per hour MIN
· Location: Gillingham
· Age Group: All pupils are aged 16+
· DBS Requirement: An Adult Workforce DBS is essential. If you do not currently hold one, you can apply through us.
· You will need to register with Prospero Teaching to be considered for these roles.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide one-to-one support to learners aged 16+
· Assist with classroom activities and promote positive engagement
· Support individual students with additional learning needs
· Personal care will form part of this role
Suggested Qualifications & Skills:
· Experience working in education, care, or support roles (desirable)
· Relevant qualifications such as:
o Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate
o Health & Social Care qualification
o SEN training or experience
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff
