Agency Healthcare Assistant (HCA) & Support Workers – Care Homes & Supported Living

Location: Manchester | Flexible Shifts

We’re seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to join our agency team, providing high-quality care and support across care homes and care settings in Manchester

What You’ll Do:

Provide person-centred care and support that promotes dignity, respect, and independence.

*

Assist residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily living activities.

*

Support individuals in line with their care plans and individual needs.

*

Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with care teams.

*

Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and infection control procedures.

*

Represent Hippo Staffing with professionalism and compassion in every setting.

What We’re Looking For:

*

Previous experience as an HCA, Support Worker, or Carer in a residential, nursing, or supported living setting. (Min. 6 months experience in a UK setting)

*

A genuine passion for caring for others and delivering high-quality care.

*

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

*

Up-to-date mandatory training (or willingness to complete ours).

*

Flexibility to travel across multiple care settings and work varied shifts.

*

Valid DBS - preferably on the update service.

*
