My Prestige Client in Smethwick, are looking for a fabulous Deputy Manager, too join there lively and fast growing team. On a Permanent contract, this is a amazing opportunity to dive into a Deputy Manager role in a stunning, supportive Care Home.

This Care Home is offering a home from home experience for residents. This is a Residential setting only, for Elderly residents with all care offered.

Position will be as followed:

* Deputy Manager

* NVQ 3 Minimum

* 40 hours

* £14-£15ph

Your Duties within a Deputy Manager role will consist of providing leadership, maintaining top level, overall care of residents, day to day running of the home, risk assessments, medication management and much more.
