Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.00am - 5.30pm (1 hour lunch) Every other Saturday 8.00am - 12.00pm (With growth, this is expected to reduce to 1 in 3 or 1 in 4 Saturdays)
Salary: Competitive salary negotiable depending on industry experience
The Role
We are currently seeking a confident and customer-focused Internal Sales Executive to join a busy and growing team. This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent service, and contributing to sales growth.
You'll be a key point of contact for customers, supporting them both over the phone and face to face, while ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities of the Internal Sales Executive:
Quoting, processing, and picking customer orders
Managing customer returns and resolving queries efficiently
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
Proactively identifying and developing new customer accounts
Trade counter sales and face-to-face customer interaction
Handling inbound and outbound telephone sales
Working closely with the wider team to meet sales and service targets
About You:
Confident dealing with customers both face to face and over the phone
Comfortable working as part of a team, while also being self-motivated when working independently
Computer literate, with the ability to process orders and manage customer data accurately
Sales-focused with a strong customer service mindset
Previous experience within a similar industry is advantageous
