Aztrum is delighted to announce a new partnership with an exciting architectural practice based in Reigate. My client is looking to appoint a talented Architect to lead key projects and contribute to the studio’s continued evolution.
Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:
Partner closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to bring visions to life while ensuring compliance and excellence
Juggle multiple high-profile projects, never compromising on creativity or detail
Inspire, mentor, and guide junior architects, fostering growth and innovation across the practice
Ensure all projects meet planning requirements, building regulations, and specialist industry standardsRequirements for this Architect role:
ARB registered, with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience
A proven track record in in leading multi-disciplinary teams
In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and inclusive design practices
