What will the Credit Control role involve?

Reconciling credit customer accounts daily to ensure accuracy
Monitoring and controlling credit limits
Recovering overpayments promptly to minimize financial risks
Providing exceptional customer service through effective communication
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address billing issues
Leading initiatives to review and address aged debtor accounts
Suitable Candidate for the Credit Control vacancy:

Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Confident with chasing debt on the telephone 
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively
Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
