RF Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop RF and analogue circuits and systems from concept to implementation
Conduct hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation
Participate in design reviews and provide expert technical input
Prepare high-quality technical documentation and reports
Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance across projects
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions on time and to specification
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering (or equivalent)
Proven experience in RF design engineering and circuit layout tools (e.g., Microwave Office, Altium)
Experience designing solutions for low SWaP-C, harsh environments, and high-frequency applications (LF up to X Band)
Familiarity with LNA, receiver design, high-power amplifiers, and radiation hazard analysis
Strong problem-solving skills, technical leadership, and excellent communication

Must be a British Citizen with eligibility to achieve SC and DV clearance
Residency in the UK for at least 5 years (SC) and 10 years (DV)
