We have a brand-new opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Deputy Clinic Manager to join a leading healthcare organisation specialising in renal and kidney disease treatments. This is an exciting chance to be part of a company that’s transforming the lives of patients through exceptional, personalised dialysis care.

This is a full-time, permanent position working in Birmingham.

Ideal Requirements for a Deputy Clinic Manager

* At least 2 years of experience working in Haemodialysis at a Senior level.

* Proven experience in managing and leading a team of nurses

* Strong knowledge of MS Office and excellent communication skills

* Registered with the NMC, with a post-basic qualification in renal nursing.

Role Responsibilities for a Deputy Clinic Manager

* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients, families, and multidisciplinary
teams.

* Supervising and supporting staff with continuous professional development and training

* Providing specialised nursing knowledge and skills to junior team members.

* Managing patient scheduling and staffing for optimal efficiency.
