Panel Beater

kolt recruitment are looking for a Panel Beater to join a well-established accident repair centre based in High Wycombe. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bodyshop Panel Technician to join a professional team, working on a variety of vehicles while delivering high-quality repairs in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities

* Carrying out panel repairs to manufacturer standards

* Repairing and replacing damaged panels using modern bodyshop techniques

* Jig work, pulling and reshaping panels where required

* Stripping and refitting components as part of the repair process

* Working closely with MET, paint and workshop teams to maintain efficient workflow

* Ensuring all work is completed to a high-quality finish and within set timescales

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an accident repair centre or bodyshop

* Strong understanding of modern repair methods and manufacturer standards

* Ability to complete high-quality repairs with strong attention to detail

* Good efficiency and ability to work within time allowances

* Experience using bodyshop equipment including jigs and pulling systems

* Full UK driving licence
