Requirements:
* Production/Account manager to become an integral and pro-active member of the team
* Be responsible for issuing accurate instructions to the production team and recording transactions on their Management Information System
* Estimating
* Communicate with clients, but also with production and estimating departments to ensure core objectives are met
* You will be required to understand customer needs and support their current account base
* Balance workloads, prioritise tasks and react to ad-hoc changes
* Take ownership of projects, and proactively manage work in progress
* Clear communication is imperative in your management of accounts
* Good working knowledge and practical understanding of lithographic printing, digital printing, large format printing, finishing as well as general print production
* Be able to generate effective solutions and added value to both meet and exceed client needs and expectations
