We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lamination Operative to join our production team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, responsible for operating lamination machinery and ensuring finished products meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor lamination machines
*
Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
*
Ensure correct lamination settings for different materials
*
Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency
*
Identify and report faults or defects
*
Maintain a clean and safe working area
*
Follow health & safety and company procedures at all times
Skills & Experience
*
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
*
Experience with lamination or similar machinery is an advantage (training provided)
*
Good attention to detail and quality control
*
Ability to work to deadlines and production targets
*
Strong teamwork and communication skills
*
Willingness to work shifts-Rotating Monday to Friday
