The Role
We're seeking a passionate and hands-on Programme Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who combines attention to detail with a go-getter attitude and is excited about delivering programmes and developing meaningful relationships with a growing network of partner schools as we scale our impact. This is a London-based role, primarily working at the charity’s headquarters in West London.

What You'll Own

Delivering innovative volunteering programmes to our school partners

Collecting and evaluating impact data to refine the events

Managing the relationships with our school partners

Administering event data accurately and promptly

Key Responsibilities

Programme Delivery

*

Helping to design and organise volunteering programmes.

*

Monitoring individual programme activity expenses to ensure all events are delivered within budget.

*

Running individual programme events as required.

*

Liaising with the volunteer team to ensure adequate volunteer support at events and supervising volunteers during the course of the event.

*

Helping to design one-off projects and events, including fundraising activities.

*

Ensuring all event data is recorded on the charity’s CRM.

*

Ensuring the safety and compliance of all TimeGivers’ activities, including preparing risk assessments for each event.

Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning

Collating impact from school partnerships

*

Assisting the Programme Manager in the collection and evaluation of impact data if required.
