Description
Welcome visitors and manage the reception desk professionally
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
Coordinate meeting room bookings and office logistics
Support administrative tasks and assist with events as needed
Maintain a tidy and welcoming office environment
Liaise with internal teams and external suppliersProfile
A successful Receptionist should have:
Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Professional, approachable, and proactive attitude
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentJob Offer
Hourly pay ranging £16 to £18
Rolling temporary assignment covering sick leave
5 days on site per week (Monday - Friday)
